Tiana  was born and raised in Albany, New York with a large immediate and extended family. Professionally, Tiana has served in several capacities in education and in the non profit sector and is the founder and CEO of Grace Space Boutique. Tiana has served as a youth leader, mentor, advocate, program manager and consultant.  She has used her acumen to empower and assist others in pursuits surrounding marketing, communication, education,  business, leadership and ministry. Tiana is a doctoral student with hopes to pursue positions that will provide space to evoke change in education and leadership. Tiana attributes any impact she has had to her faith that she found early in life, as well as people who have poured and pushed her to a “space of grace”, helping her to do the same for others. For over a decade, Tiana has found purpose in helping to equip other women and founded W.O.G.I.T -  Women of God In Training, a ministry that has helped cultivate relationships and knowledge, rooted in the things of God. Grace Space Solutions is just that, a space of grace for women of all shapes, sizes and backgrounds to embrace themselves as daughters of the King. Tiana has recently added author to the list of accomplishments and is excited to share some of her story and inspiration in her book titled, GraceThrough Again.
